Haha oo yan talaga, ang labor babe! A few of us mums went through that, dilating to 5cm tapos biglang stop, super frustrating lalo na ang sakit mo na parang "okay na, let's go" then poof quiet na. Usually what happened sa friends ko is back and forth lang siya for days, so try to rest, eat properly, and stay hydrated kasi mag-start ulit yan anytime, your body's just doing practice runs pa. Pero pag may doubt ka or concerned ka sa anything else, best to call your midwife or doctor nalang para peace of mind mo, especially since naka-insert na ng primrose, they'll guide you better. Patience lang, mama, baby's on their own schedule!
