Bukol sa kili-kili

Uy, totally normal yan postpartum! Maraming mums namin dito nakakuha ng bukol sa kili-kili after giving birth, kadalasan it's either swollen lymph nodes (super common dahil sa hormones at postpartum changes) or just tissue inflammation mula sa labor. Someone in my mum group mentioned hers disappeared after a few weeks, pero may iba ring nagsabi theirs stayed pero hindi na tumubig or nasakit, so it really varies from person to person. The key thing is: kung nag-swell ang area, nag-redden, or masakit talaga, you might want to have it checked na lang with your OB or pedia just to be safe, especially if you're breastfeeding at gusto mo ensure walang infection brewing. But if it's just a small lump, painless, at hindi lumalaki, most likely normal lang siya. Just keep an eye on it, rest when you can, kasi ang body natin talaga postpartum ay full ng surprises! Definitely worth a quick call to your doctor though, just para ma-ease your mind, better safe, lalo na five days pa lang kayo. Sending you strength!
