Hay, alam ko yan mama, sobrang common yan especially sa first pregnancy, one of my mum friends had the same thing, sasakit lang sa isang side tapos half lang ng areola, super weird talaga! But since it's localized lang sa one spot at may specific area na sumasakit, better check with your OB just to be sure it's not something like a clogged duct or infection starting (yan talaga dapat bantayan during pregnancy para hindi maging problema later during breastfeeding). Drink lots of water, wear comfortable bras, at wag mag-worry too much, 24 weeks pa lang kayo, marami pang time for this to settle!
