Erceflora for pregnant

Hi mga mii Im 28wks, nasakit tyan ko - LBM feeling yong sakit and one time watery poops ko. Nagsabi naman ako kay OB. Advise nya take ako Erceflora pag ganun ulit ako. This time, nagpabili ako as reserba kasi sumakit na naman tyan ko at medyo malambot poops ko, pero di watery. Naka-3x na ko balik sa banyo. May mga gaya ko ba na niresetahan din ni OB ng Erceflora? Ask ko lang kung ganito din ba Erceflora na nabili nyo mii?

Oo mami, maraming OB na nire-recommend ang Erceflora during pregnancy kaya common yan, especially pag may tummy issues, a few of my preggy friends were given the same thing din! Since your OB specifically advised it para sa ganito, I think okay lang gamitin mo na especially na 3x ka na nagpunta sa banyo, pero just to be safe, text or call your OB muna before taking it para confirm lang if this softer stool issue ay same pa rin sa kung bakit nag-prescribe siya before, kasi sometimes pregnancy tummy troubles can be different things. Sabi ng isa sa mum friends ko, Erceflora helped her a lot pero she also made sure to drink lots of water and ate more fiber-rich foods habang nag-take. Hope your tummy feels better soon, mama!
