Hello mga mii, ask ko po kung ilang weeks bagu nyo mapansin na my lumalabas na yellowish white sa mga nips nyo po, required po ba ipunin yon, kahit dipa nakakapanganak? Colostrum daw po kase yun..
Ay alam ko yan, first time mom problems talaga! Sa amin ng mga kaibigan ko, iba-iba ang timing, some noticed colostrum around 20-24 weeks pa lang, while iba naman closer na sa third trimester, so totally normal either way. Hindi mo kailangan i-collect or i-squeeze out kung ayaw mo, pero kung may lumabas naturally, okay lang din, your body's just preparing na, wala kang kailangang gawin. If you're concerned about anything unusual or if may pain or unusual discharge, best to mention it sa OB mo next visit para sa peace of mind, but honestly most of the time it's just your body doing its thing!
