Mga mii ask ko lang kung same lang po ba ito na pwede itake orally and insert? Kasi yung nasa unang pic unang kong bili yan iniinsert ko. Nag aalangan lang ako kung pwede rin insert tong pangalawang pic kase mas jelly type yung una compare sa pangalawang pic#firsttimemom #advicepls

Mama, honestly this is something you really need to ask your OB about, different products have different formulations, kaya hindi safe para sa akin mag-assume! One of my mum friends nag-try din ng evening primrose oil during pregnancy, pero tiningnan muna ng doctor niya kung safe ang specific brand/type for her. Better safe than sorry, lalo na pagdating sa anything na ife-feel ng baby, diba? Text your OB or drop by the clinic, quick lang yan i-clarify!
