Breast pump

Honestly, depende sa lifestyle mo at kung gaano kalaki ang milk supply mo, a few of us moms tried both at nakita namin na electric pumps are way less hassle kung pumapump ka ng maraming times daily, but manual ones are great kung occasional lang or need mo portable at walang hassle with cords. I'd say start with a good manual pump (mas mura, portable, hindi maiingay) at if kailangan mo ng faster, mas efficient pumping, invest sa electric na, pero alam ko ng maraming moms na perfectly fine lang with manual the whole time depending sa kanilang schedule!
