Drooling sa 2 year old
Mga mii, 2 years and 3 mos na ang anak ko… very few words pa lang nababanggit at may few phrases like “open please, mama”. Meron po ba dito ang gaya sa lo ko na sa edad na 2 years and 3 mos ay naglalaway pa rin? Salamat po.
Oo meron, mama! A few of us have kids na ganyan pa rin sa age na yan, lalo na if they're teething pa or if they're just naturally mas wet sa saliva, normal lang talaga especially if active siya sa play. But since your lo is 2 years and 3 months na at kaunti pa lang words, I'd suggest checking in with your pedia just to make sure lahat okay lang with his speech development, kasi sometimes excessive drooling can be connected sa that, hindi scary, pero good to rule out lang. The drooling itself usually goes away eventually, pero the speech delay is what you'd want to focus on with the doctor para ma-assess properly. Keep a bib handy at wag mag-worry masyado, maraming kids na nangyari din ito sa kanila.
