Aww FTM ka pa, kaya mo yan! Honestly at 36 weeks your cervix will open on its own when baby's ready, some of us mums tried walks, pineapple, dates, pero truthfully timing talaga ang susi, hindi siya something you can really rush nang safe. I'd definitely ask your OB about what's safe for you specifically since everyone's pregnancy is different, and they can check your cervix at your visits para alam mo ang progress. In the meantime, rest well, stay hydrated, and don't stress too much, your body knows what to do when it's time!
