Ay congrats sa pregnancy, mama! I'm not based in KSA myself kaya hindi ako makakatulong ng specific on hospitals dito, pero I'd suggest asking in the OFW mom groups na active sa KSA like sa Facebook, maraming Pinay moms there who've given birth locally and pwede nila i-share ang experience nila sa hospitals at doctors na trusted. For the preparation part, make sure you're getting regular prenatal check-ups, taking your vitamins, and eating healthy kahit craving ka ng mga weird things, most of us sa circle ko nag-crave ng pickles at ice cream haha, pero the important thing is balanced nutrition pa rin. Definitely talk to your OB-GYN about your birth plan and what to expect in July, kasi malayo ka ng Pilipinas at kailangan mong peace of mind na prepared ka talaga. Rooting for you, momma!
