The day of conception is usually around 14 days before your due date gets calculated, kasi ang due date ay based sa first day ng last period mo, hindi sa actual conception day, so mahirap talaga ma-pinpoint exactly kung kailan siya nabuo hehe. Your OB can narrow it down through ultrasound dating, especially sa first trimester, kaya check mo na lang sa next appointment mo para ma-clarify, a few of us din nag-confuse dito at last realized the dates make sense once explained properly by our doctors!
