Para sa akin, aside sa hot and cold compress, I found na ang gentle massage around the injection area (not directly on it) talaga nakatulong, and keeping the arm moving, like light exercises or just normal use, prevented it from getting stiff which made the soreness worse, kaya try mo na gawin syang active instead of resting it completely. A few of us din dito sa group namin swear by paracetamol or ibuprofen if needed, pero best to check with your pediatrician what's safe for your LO's age para sa dosage. Hoping makaramdam ng relief na agad your baby, ang shots talaga nakakasama tingnan pero alam natin needed sya!
