Hay, I feel you! A few of us tried evening primrose and honestly, ang timeline talaga ay different-different pa rin sa bawat mama, some took it for weeks bago something happened, some didn't feel much difference at all kahit maraming capsules na. Since you're already at 38 weeks and 25 capsules in, I'd really suggest checking in with your OB about it kasi they can assess kung paano na ang cervix mo and kung it's actually doing anything for your body, or kung pwede ka na mag-stop. The contractions without discharge can mean so many things, and your doc lang ang makaka-properly check. Fingers crossed for you soon!
