Pregnant or not?

Hello mga mi i would like to ask but please reply with respect at related sa topic.My last menstruation was last June 27 and end on July 3, medyo kinabahan lang ako na delay ako mga 3 days ata or 4 ganun i took a Pregnancy Test nung August 7 and turns out positive pero doubtful parin ako the next day August 8 i felt a heavy cramp mas masakit kaysa sa Menstruation cramps ko and pag tayo ko may dugo na lumabas heavy sya accompanied ng masakit sa bandang pwerta, then nag PT ako ulit and Positive parin sya.And until now im still bleeding parin no pain at all pero may blood clot na lumalabas i plan to take another PT once natapos na yung bleeding ko. Usually 5-6 days kase menstruation ko bago matapos.So ask ko lang po possible po bang nag kamali lang yung PT or Buntis nga ba ako or did I have a miscarriage without knowing?Salamat sa mga sasagot po.

Possible po na miscarriage if mas matagal yung mens. mo ngayon kesa sa normal na menstruation n’yo. And imposible po na magkamali ng dalawang beses yung PT, mas better po kung magpa check up agad kayo.
