Tia, please go to your OB or the hospital ngayon na to get checked properly, cramping at 37 weeks needs professional assessment kasi lang sila ang makakasabi kung normal labor na yan o something else. 1cm dilation doesn't mean labor for sure, pero with those cramps, kailangan mo ng actual ultrasound and monitoring to be safe!
