Congrats sa baby number 2, mama! Honestly, alam ko sobrang importante ang B vitamins especially during pregnancy, so I'd really suggest asking your OB what they recommend, baka may prenatal vitamins na kasama na ang B complex kaya hindi na kailangan ng separate one, at mas tipid pa! A few of my mum friends just stuck with the prenatal their doctor prescribed kasi tested na at safe for both mama and baby, plus affordable options talaga yung available sa pharmacies kung chineck mo with your doc.
