Ay, first time mommy stress talaga yan, alam ko! So two months post-CS ka na at then may regla ka last week, tapos ngayong may spotting ulit, honestly, it's pretty normal after CS kasi ang body mo pa lang umuusbong, and sometimes ang regla ay hindi pa regular agad, so baka yan lang breakthrough bleeding or just your period settling into a new rhythm. A few of us moms went through something similar and our docs said it takes a few cycles pa para ma-normalize, pero better check with your OB lang to be safe, especially since you're still in that postpartum window at may history ng CS ka.
