Hi mama! Braxton Hicks contractions are totally normal sa stage mo, lalo na kung may intervals pa at hindi painful, yan ang sign na practice lang siya ng body mo for labor. Pero since may white discharge ka na parang thick, better check with your OB just to make sure everything's good, kasi sometimes it can be a sign ng other things din (like yeast infection or just normal pregnancy discharge, pero better safe than sorry!). Wag mag-alala masyado, you're almost there na!
