CS mommies

Hey mama, 11 days pa lang yan kaya normal talaga na mabigat puso at parang may dropping feeling, ang incision mo ay galing lang sa major surgery so maraming healing pa gagawin ang katawan mo! A few of us CS moms I know, nag-feel din exactly like that around that time, at nag-improve sila within another week or two. But honestly, if the heaviness is getting worse or you're worried, better check with your OB just to be sure everything's healing okay, especially pag may unusual pain or other symptoms, okay? Rest as much as you can, support your incision with a pillow when you move, at give yourself grace, you just had a baby, supermom ka na!
