Uy, totally get it, ang trust pills talaga minsan sobrang hassle with the headaches at constant hunger! Honestly, I switched to IUD after years of pills kasi nakakasawa na yung side effects, at sobrang better para sa akin, walang daily worries at proven effective; pero may iba sa amin na mas ok sa injectables like Depo or Implanon kasi convenient at walang daily maintenance. Best talaga na makausap mo ang OB mo directly para makita kung ano best fit sa body mo, basta alam nila yung side effects na experience mo with trust pills para ma-recommend nila better alternative, may maraming options talaga, you'll find what works!
