Hi mga mhi 39 weeks goin to 40 weeks n ko no sign of labor. Kanina check up ko taas ng bp ko 160/100 explain ko kay doc napuyat ako at stress gawa ng kapatid ko is for operation. Kaya dami iniisip. schedule niya ko for CS daw. Mga mhi ask ko lang pag CS ba tulog ka or gising ( with anesthesia)? FTM
Uy mama, congrats on almost reaching 40 weeks! So with CS, you'll be awake the whole time, they give you spinal or epidural anesthesia so you can't feel anything below your waist, pero you're conscious and can hear everything, which honestly some moms find comforting kasi you meet baby right away. A few of us who had CS said the pressure feeling is weird but hindi masakit, and they usually let partner hold baby agad while they're closing you up. Pero mama, about that high BP reading, 160/100 is quite significant, and even if you were stressed that day, really good na scheduled na kayo for CS kasi if there's anything concerning, at least controlled na ang delivery at may medical team ready, hindi scary lang talaga. Take care of yourself ngayon, try to rest despite the stress from your kapatid's situation, and trust your OB na alam niya ano ang best for you and baby.
