Aww I feel you, it's so frustrating seeing that happen sa hair nila! A few of us tried switching to gentler options like Cetaphil Baby Wash or even Mustela, and it helped na mas mababa ang irritation, pero honestly the baby hair oil before bath is exactly what you're doing right, kailangan lang maybe a bit more consistent saka gentle scalp massage habang shampooing para ma-loosen na talaga yung flakes. One of my mum friends din swears na pag regular ang oil massage nang tatlong times a week plus coconut oil (pure lang), the cradle cap eventually goes away on its own, so don't worry it's not permanent! If it's really not improving or spreading to the face, worth checking with pedia nalang just to make sure it's not something else.
