Hey mamsh! WFH talaga is a lifesaver pag may kids, a few of us have been doing it for years na and honestly, it's all about setting boundaries kasi kung hindi, work and parenting will just blend together and you'll never switch off. Ang pinaka-important is to have a dedicated workspace kung possible, kahit small lang, and set specific work hours so the kids know when mommy is available and when not, some of my mum friends use visual signals like a closed door or a "do not disturb" sign, and surprisingly effective siya! It takes trial and error para mahanap ang perfect routine na bagay sa inyo, pero once you do, it's really manageable. Good luck, mamsh!
