Binder suggestion

Honestly, a few of us moms tried different binders after our CS and ang pinaka-recommend na brand locally is Tummy Tuck (available sa most department stores and online), comfortable, stays in place, at hindi nakaka-itch kahit buong araw mo suotin. Marami ring nag-swear sa Bodi or maternity-specific brands from Lazada kasi designed talaga para sa postpartum body, plus breathable sila which is important pag mainit. Pero go check the size chart carefully kasi bawat bato ng katawan natin different, at make sure hindi sobrang tight to avoid complications!
