Thickened nuchal fold

Oo, naiintindihan ko ang worry mo, yan talaga ang stressful part ng anatomy scan! So from what I've heard around, 7.2mm at 22 weeks is borderline; most say normal is up to 6mm, pero may drs na okay lang ang up to 10mm pa rin depende sa overall picture. Ang thing is, hindi lang ang nuchal fold ang tinitignan, kailangan i-look at ang buong anatomy, bloodwork results, at if may other markers. May kaibigan ko na nag-worry din dahil similar reading, pero sa repeat scan weeks later bumaba na, at ang baby niya ngayon healthy na toddler. May iba naman na relatively stable lang throughout. The key talaga ay follow-up scans at yung CVS or amnio results mo, yan ang magsasabi ng fuller picture. I know it's easier said than done, pero try not to spiral muna until you have all your results; most cases with borderline measurements turn out completely fine. Definitely check in ulit sa your OB or specialist though, para ma-assess nila ang buong context ng ultrasound mo at yung plan forward. Rooting for you!
