Meron po ba dito same case ko na, after manganak namaga ang tuhod. Ilang days lang pag ka panganak ko biglang namaga at nanakit and tuhod ko. Mga rashes din lumabas sa akin na sobrang kati kaya pumangit ang balat ko ngayon.

Swelling at pain sa knees after delivery can happen talaga, lalo na if you had a difficult labor or nakatulog ka sa awkward positions habang nag-recover, pero together with the rashes na sobrang kati, kailangan mo talaga i-check yan with your doctor para ma-rule out kung hindi inflammatory response or infection. A few of us moms had similar swelling pero nag-subside after a few weeks with rest and elevation, pero yung rashes with itching needs medical attention para ma-identify ang cause at ma-treat properly, baka dermatitis or something else na kailangan ng specific treatment para hindi lumala.
