Oo, normal yan! Especially kung pure breastfeeding ka, lactational amenorrhea talaga yan, ang frequent milk production nag-suppress ng hormones na nag-trigger ng period. A few of us moms sa barkada namin, kahit 10-12 months walang regla habang full breastfeeding, so you're definitely not alone dito. Pero kung gusto mo peace of mind o may concerns pa rin, better check with your OB just to be sure, they can confirm everything's on track with your recovery din. Kapit lang, babalik yan once you start weaning or when your body's ready!
