Mengandung kali ke3 dan and semua czer . Buka buku 9 week skli minum air gula , alhamdulillah semua okay smpaila scan 12 week utk confirm EDD . Check bp tinggi , 154/90 paling tinggi . Makan ubat 2 kali still sma jg , last option kena hntr ke hospital . 1 malam doc suru rest alhamdulillah lepastu dah okay 1 malam , esok petang dah bole balik . Skg masi on ubat tp bukan yg kuat . Sy baru 1st kena hypertention pregnancy ke3 . Anak 2 org lg xda masalah apapa . Nak tanya mommies yg ada pengalaman macam sy , mommies akan terus kena BTL ke atau bole mnta xnak BTL ? #askmommies #mohonbantujawab

Kak, alhamdulillah youre stable now, semoga kehamilan kali ini terus dipermudahkan ya. From what Ive heard, having hypertension in pregnancy doesnt automatically mean doctor will force BTL on you; its still very much your right to request or decline, and many mums in your situation have successfully negotiated this with their O&G specialist beforehand. Someone in my mum group mentioned that for the third C-sect package at private hospitals, BTL is often offered as a bundled option (roughly RM11,000, 12,000 all-in for the stay), but it is truly optional unless your doctor has a specific medical concern about future pregnancies given your blood pressure history. Since hypertension does carry added risks with each subsequent pregnancy, it would be wise to have a heart-to-heart conversation with your specialist early, ask them specifically whether your current BP pattern changes their recommendation, so you can make the most informed decision for yourself and your family.
