Sakit kepala semasa pregnant 12w

Eh memang boleh sakit kepala during pregnancy, especially early stages like you sekarang! A few of my mum friends complained about it jugak around first trimester, hormones, dehydration, and stress semua main a part. Make sure you minum air yang banyak, rest properly, and try paracetamol (which is safe during pregnancy) if it gets bad, tapi do mention to your doctor at your next check-up so they can make sure everything okay, ya. Don't worry, usually it settles down after first trimester!
