Ay, totally relatable ang worry mo! Ang abdominal pain at 38 weeks ay madalas normal lang, could be baby dropping, Braxton Hicks, or just pressure from being so far along na. Pero the thing is, hindi lahat ng sakit ng puso ay labor pain talaga, kung di regular ang cramps or hindi sila progressive, baka pressure lang or false labor signs muna. One of my mum friends was induced at 38 weeks din, at sabi niya ang induction ay talagang mas intense than natural labor kaya prepare yourself mentally, pero totally doable naman with good support from your OB and partner. Ang best move talaga is to time your contractions, kung 3-5 minutes apart na at regular, that's when you should go to the hospital na para ma-check. Since scheduled mo na talaga ang induction on Dec 29, mas okay siguro to confirm with your doctor kung ang pain mo ngayon ay normal or something they should know before the procedure. Good luck, mama!
