Aww, ang hirap naman tingnan ng baby with stuffy nose, lalo na kaya lang six months! A few of us mums swear by saline drops or saline spray, super gentle and safe kahit ganyan kalaki pa lang ang baby, at talagang tumutulong na ma-clear ang congestion. After that, pwede mo i-suction out with a nose bulb or Frida (ang moms really love that one!). Some of us din nag-use ng cool mist humidifier sa kwarto niya, especially at night, para mas mabilis ma-ease ang stuffy feeling, plus tubig, tubig lang talaga, whether breast milk or formula. Light steam from a warm shower also works para sa iba, just make sure she's with you lang and hindi direkta sa init. One of my mum friends said her pedia recommended elevating the baby's head a bit too, but that's something worth checking with your own doctor din para sure, especially since baby is still so small.
