Hello normal po ba Yung laging dumidighay? 14weeks preggy

Hay, normal lang yan! Dami ng amin na nagka-frequent nosebleeds during pregnancy, especially around second trimester kasi tumaas ang blood volume at hormones natin, one of my mum friends said pa niya bumalik lang after birth. Best thing is hydrate well, use a humidifier if meron kayo, and avoid picking your nose ha (guilty din ako dito lol), pero if it's heavy bleeding or nonstop, better check with your OB just to be safe, okay?
