Math About Me

Ooh, Math About Me is such a fun activity lah! I did this with my daughter last year and she loved it, basically you get them to think of things about themselves and express it as numbers or maths, like "I have 2 pets," "my birthday is on the 15th," "I'm in class 3B with 32 students," that kind of thing. A few of us mum friends did it during school holidays and honestly, it makes maths feel more personal and relatable to them rather than just abstract numbers on a page, plus they get excited explaining their own "data" haha.
