Bakit kaya approved for payment pa rin ang status ng MATBEN ko, kahit 1 month na lumipas?

Aw, frustrating talaga yan! A few of us had the same issue, ang MATBEN namin approved for payment din pero ang actual payout was delayed, so I'd suggest checking with your BIR office or the MATBEN hotline directly kasi sometimes there's a processing backlog on their end na hindi mo makikita sa portal. Try asking din kung may missing documents or requirements na kailangan pa nila, because one month is definitely longer than the usual processing time!
