Normal lah, especially dalam early pregnancy, hormones berubah-ubah so digestive system pun ikut jadi lain. A few of my mum friends also experience the same thing masa first trimester. Tapi if it's jadi diarrhoea or ada blood, or you're worried sangat, baik check with your doc cepat-cepat ja to be safe, okay? Drink plenty of water and make sure makan enough fibre, sometimes it helps stabilise things.
