Do you all massage prior?
How long do we pump, is 15 minutes enough since after 10 I barely have any drops ?
Also, what do you use to wipe boobs prior or after?
I usually do 20 mins, sometimes 25. I notice I can achieve more let downs sometimes after 20mins. Used to use nipple cream but now just use a small towel to wipe my nips after pump.
