Saan po mura mag pa-CAS?

Ay, CAS (Cenomar/Certificate of Authenticity of Single Status) talaga? Usually the PSA office mismo ang pinakamura, around 400-600 pesos lang depende sa processing, ikaw na ang pipila pero sulit pa rin kasi walang middleman, hehe. A few of us moms went to the PSA main office sa Quezon City or the one sa BGC, and honestly mas mabilis pa sila kaysa sa smaller branches, so mas sulit ang waiting time na 'yan!
