First time mom

Aw mama, normal talaga yan! A few of us went through the same thing nung pregnant, the heart palpitations scared us pero doc said it's because ng increased blood volume at hormonal changes during pregnancy. That said, kung madalas na at accompanied ng dizziness, shortness of breath, or chest pain, I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be safe and para ma-ease your mind, kasi first time mom ka pa lang at gusto mo talaga na maayos lahat for baby. Breathe, mama, marami tayong napapasok sa pregnancy journey na unexpected pero usually okay lang!
