Ay, alam ko yan mama! Those white marks, maaaring milia or just dry patches lang, super common sa babies especially around 5-6 months when their skin is still adjusting. Hindi siya palit-balat exactly, but it could be mild dryness or prickly heat na umuubos lang; a few of us tried switching to a gentler baby wash or adding a light moisturizer after bath, and it cleared up within weeks. Pero since it's on his face, mas better pa rin i-check with your pedia just to be sure kung ano exactly, kasi may mga conditions din na need proper assessment, better safe than sorry with our little ones, diba? Don't worry though, most of these things are harmless and go away on their own once you figure out what your baby's skin needs!
