Aw sis, I totally get your worry, five days is really close, especially when you're monitoring GDM at 32 weeks! From what I've heard around, mamas with gestational diabetes do need those weekly checks kasi kailangan talaga i-track ang blood sugar and baby's growth closely during this time, pero the good news is na if baby is moving strong and active like yours, that's actually a really positive sign. A few mum friends who had GDM too said na going a few days late wasn't ideal but wasn't a total emergency either, what mattered most was catching up soon, especially para ma-monitor ang amniotic fluid levels at make sure baby's weight is on track (high birth weight can be a concern with unmanaged GDM, so your OB is smart to keep an eye on it). Definitely try to reschedule ASAP though, kahit by doing a payment plan or asking your OB kung pwedeng flexible ang bayad, it'll give you peace of mind at mas makakatulong sa baby in the long run. But honestly, best to chat with your OB directly about your financial situation kasi may options usually, at she can also advise kung gaano critical ang timing para sa inyo specifically. Sending you strength, mama, you're doing great!
