Hi mamies, Ano pong best contraceptive method gamit nyo? Baka pwede nyo ishare sakin ano mga natry nyo and best choice nyo.. samin ni hubby ko, condom + calendar method lang since regular ang regla ko.effective samin yun since both namin ayaw na magtake ako ng kahit anong pills, injectables or magpaimplant. di ako nabuntis sa 3yrs naming condom + calendar. nung tinanggal na namin ang condom, at di ko na sinunod ang calendar ko, nagkababy kami agad ulit.. also walang mga side effects :)
