Uy, I haven't personally experienced that exactly, pero marami sa amin na moms ang nag-complain ng weird skin stuff postpartum, hormones talaga ang culprit! Kasi nag-adjust pa lang ang body mo after delivery, so breakouts, clogged pores, and dark spots are super common, especially sa legs na humid at sweaty. I'd really suggest checking with your derma or OB-GYN to be sure kung ano exactly ang bumubuo, kasi puwedeng milia, folliculitis, or heat rash lang, pero better safe na may expert look talaga. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dry, and avoid picking kasi mas nagiging dark and irritated pa, learned that the hard way, haha!
