Sayang, at 41 weeks you really need to see your doctor or go to the hospital straightaway, don't wait. This is something they need to check properly with scans and monitoring. Baby passing meconium (the dark poop) in the womb can happen, especially when they're overdue, and your doctor needs to know immediately so they can make sure baby is okay. I know it's scary, but at this stage it's better to get checked than worry at home, a few of us mums have been in similar situations and the hospital team really helped put our minds at ease once we went in.
