Eh, that soapy/fishy smell is actually lipase in your breastmilk, totally normal and happens to some moms when milk is stored or thawed! A few of us tried scalding the milk right after expressing (heat it until tiny bubbles form around the edges, then cool it down before storing) and that stopped the smell, so boleh try that next time. For reheating, best way is water bath, put the bottle in warm water (not boiling!) and let it warm slowly, never microwave because it destroys nutrients. But if the smell is really strong or baby refuses it, might be worth checking with your lactation consultant or doctor just to be sure everything's okay!
