Alhamdulillah kalau healing sudah progressing well, vakum delivery biasanya ambil lebih lama sikit compared to normal because of the trauma, tapi by two months most mums should see significant improvement lah. A few of my mum friends yang deliver vakum, few weeks je dah rasa okay untuk activities normal, but the deeper tissue healing boleh extend sampai 3-6 months, especially kalau ada tears involved. Kalau still ada pain, swelling, or discharge yang tak normal, better check with your doctor or gynae to make sure everything healing properly, some mums perlu physio pelvic floor or stitches adjustments. Jangan push yourself too hard yet, recovery ni perlahan-perlahan saja
