Is this heat rash ?

Hi , this is at my LO's armpit . Been like this for probably a month or two . Been complaining of itchyness too . Anyone knows what is this ? What can be done to help ?

Hey Momma, If it’s itchy, it could be eczema.. you may want to try Suubalm moisturizer or Eucerin eczema cream to help with the itchiness. If it persists.. best to see a doctor for a prescription
