With fetal pole and yolksac no heartbeat at 7weeks

LMP July 1, 2023 got my first TVS last Aug 22, 2023 4 weeks 3days with gestational sac but no yolksac yet after almost 3weeks may fetal pole na and yolk sac na pero no heartbeat yet. As a first time mom super worried ako. But sabi ng OB wag daw ako mastress at magpray lang. Any same success stories po? Pampalakas lang ng loob sobrang nakakatakot.
