Is it too early na magpa-ob?

Lmp is on the first week po of November. Missing period na ng Dec. Nagtest sa pt this Jan 13. Faint positive. Then tested again after two days, confirmed positive. Gusto na ng SO ko na ipa-ob. Detectable na po ba si baby during this period?
