The dating scan is paling accurate around 8-13 weeks, so next week's scan should give you a much clearer picture of where baby really is; by then you'll likely see the heartbeat and get a proper measurement, which is way more reliable than the LMP calculation at this stage.
Since it's your third, you probably know the drill, but early scans tu memang tricky sebab kantung size boleh vary by a few millimetres, doesn't necessarily mean anything's wrong, just the nature of early dating.
