Ay, mama, that's a tricky situation talaga! Since you're only 5 days in and already spotting, kailangan mo talaga talakayin ito with your OB kasi baka need adjustment ng brand or dosage, especially na fresh lang kayo mag-baby, some pills don't work well for everyone and that breakthrough bleeding could mean marami pang factors. A few of us moms had similar experiences and ang doc usually nag-adjust lang ng prescription or nag-switch ng pill type, hindi necessarily kailangan i-stop completely, pero your doctor will know best based sa medical history mo. Don't feel bad to message your OB agad, ganyan talaga ang job nila!
